Modular Show House

This volumetric home was designed and built off-site by our client, with Intertech supplying tape joint and decoration. 

The 3 bedroom show home was designed to give light and airy rooms, this was carried through in the application of decorative coatings. In line with our clients specification we selected colours that create light and space to create a welcoming and homely environment. 

The turnaround time on this project manufacture to completion was four weeks. A testament to the efficiency of the modular building sector. 

With such a short time frame we had to work around tight schedules in order to bring this project to an end.
